Question
I use only Mystic 2-3 times/day for hydration. I do use lighting serum, pure C, and Define at night. Am I hydrating enough?
I do use Reflect for SPF along with Mystic during the day.

I would add emulsion or one of the other moisturizers. Define can sometimes dry or irritate the skin and is not meant to hydrate. Moisturizers are like the icing on the cake. They provide the finishing touches.

...Sonia you are definitely thinking too hard. Nobody knows your skin like you. If you wanna know if it is hydrating enough look in the mirror or touch your face. It will let you know.
