How long to use for?
I have been using products Balance and Restore colon cleanse together for 3 weeks now and will soon finish couse, I suffer from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and have found that these products ease IBS symtoms whilst also giving me more energy.
I would like to know whether I should continue with another month's course or leave a break for a period of time, before starting again

Both Balance and Restore are perfectly safe to use continuously without taking a break for any period of time.
